Both our White and Red wines are naturally made and exclusive for us, from our winemaker near Ciudad Real in Central Spain. Our white is 50% arein / 50% macebeo and the Red is 100% Tempranillo. The winemaker Dionisios is one of the founding fathers of ecological farming inSpain. The wines are aged in clay pots (amphoras) and are simple, honest and really easy to drink.
Our Frizzante (Prosecco by any other name), available on tap, is provided by the expert team over at Jascots, and is sourced from Italy's award-winning Prosecco producer Enrico Bedin.
