We serve the best wine we can for the price we charge. We work with Vinnaturo, a small wine supplier that works closely with a number of independent vineyards to deliver affordable biodynamic and organic wines. Through the use of bag in box packaging Vinnaturo are able to reduce the environmental impact of the production and delivery of their product, whilst reducing packaging costs, meaning they can deliver a better quality wine for a more affordable price.
We get our white and red wine from Julio, who has his vineyard in Villacañas, Castilla, Spain. Julio produces a refreshing and elegant Tempranillo with a good balance and intensity of flavour and a Sauvignon that is crisp, zesty and aromatic with subtle citrus flavours and minerality interwoven with a refreshing acidity.
Our Rosé comes from a hilltop near the beautiful Tuscan town of San Miniato. Francesco is very detailed and careful in his approach to winemaking - managing his whole farm biodynamically. The result is a beautifully bright, complex and perfumed rosé, with hints of strawberry fruit.
Our Frizzante (Prosecco by any other name), available on tap, is provided by the expert team over at Jascots, and is sourced from Italy's award-winning Prosecco producer Enrico Bedin.
