We have worked closely with some of the best suppliers London has to offer to bring you 6 mind-blowing new pizzas. Founder and Creative Director, Mark Wogan has overseen Executive Chef, Amy Tuson’s development of these unique pizzas.

NEAL’S YARD

BURRATA, LEÓN SERRANO HAM, HEIRLOOM TOMATOES & ENGLISH ASPARAGUS

This pizza uses our Garlic Oil base which is then cooked in our wood-fired oven with our Fiordilatte Mozzarella. The pizza is then removed from the oven and topped with the freshest of ingredients; our rich, creamy Burrata comes from Puglia, Italy from our supplier Bianca La Bufala. We then add our Heirloom Tomatoes which have been marinading in our Gremolata made from Lemon, Orange & Chilli. English Peas & Asparagus are then scattered across the pizza and we finish off by placing delicate slices of the León Serrano Ham, brought to us by Brindisa. This is…summer on a pizza.

AIR-DRIED WAGYU BEEF, TRUFFLE CRÈME FRAÎCHE, CIPOLLINI ONIONS & SALSA VERDE

We start by melting Spenwood cheese onto our Garlic Oil base. Once cooked, we add our Cippolini Onions which are marinated in Salsa Verde to the base. Hand-sliced air-dried Wagyu Beef then gets placed on the pizza, with our homemade Truffle Crème Fraîche drizzle. The Wagyu Beef is imported from Spain by expert Jorge Periata from Beef on Food, whose commitment to animal welfare ensures delicacy of flavour. This pizza truly pairs the best of the best ingredients, creating an intense, rich yet light pizza.

FRESH BLACK TRUFFLE, GUBBEEN & OGLESHIELD CHEESE & BABY WATERCRESS

The Gubbeen & Ogleshield cheeses from Neal’s Yard Dairy are melted to create a rich and creamy cheese sauce which we use for our base. We then shave Fresh Black Truffle all over and finish off with the freshest English Baby Watercress. We get our Black Truffle from the one and only Zak Frost at Wiltshire Truffles who hunts for the truffles with his dogs and delivers them to us by hand. Pure indulgence.

WHITE CLAM CHOWDER, ALSACE BACON & JERSEY ROYAL POTATOES

This pizza is based on a New England style Clam Chowder. The fresh White Clams are from family-run fishmongers H Forman & Son who focus on the importance of provenance, quality & freshness. The Alsace Bacon is very sought after from the eastern region of Alsace, France. The Jersey Royal Potatoes are thrice cooked and sit on our homemade Chowder base. Although Clam Chowder is known to be traditionally a hearty dish, this pizza is light, crisp and has a real depth of flavour with a fresh sense of the sea.

We start by making our Bisque base from Crab and Langoustine shells which are then added to our homemade fish stock, reducing it until it is the perfect texture. The Atlantic Lobster is from H Forman & Son and gets scattered over the Bisque base. Baby Gem Leaves are placed on top, the pizza is then put in the wood-fired oven. To finish this off, our Lemon Cream is drizzled over the top, making this pizza rich and deep in flavour.

HAM HOCK, DUCK EGGS, MATCHSTICK POTATOES & PEA PURÉE

Homeslice’s reimagined Ham, Egg & Chips. We start by adding our homemade Pea Purée to the base, we then add the Ham Hock and crack 4 gloriously rich Duck Eggs onto the pizza before placing it in the wood-fired oven. Once the base is crispy and the eggs are cooked with a runny yolk, we take it out of the oven and scatter Matchstick Potatoes all over. The slow-cooked and house cured Ham Hock and the free-range Duck Eggs are supplied to us by Billfields.
